Adults take 1 tablet (50 mg) 3 to 4 times a day. For preventive purposes, take 1 to 2 tablets (50 to 100 mg) 30 minutes to 1 hour before treatment. As a rule, do not exceed 4 tablets (200 mg) per day. Increase or decrease appropriately depending on age and symptoms.
