This drug is used for esophageal reflux, hiatal hernia, gastroduodenitis, digestive dysfunction (abdominal pain, indigestion, nausea, vomiting) in gastric and duodenal ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, spastic colon, and pediatric diseases (habitual vomiting, non-infectious intestinal transit disorders (constipation, diarrhea)).

Adults take 1 to 2 tablets (100 to 200 mg) three times a day before meals. Increase or decrease appropriately depending on age and symptoms.
