Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug, gastrointestinal ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding or experience, severe blood abnormalities, severe hepatic impairment, severe renal impairment, severe cardiac dysfunction, severe hypertension, bronchial asthma or experience, hypersensitivity to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (including COX-2 inhibitors) such as asthma, hives or allergic reactions, patients with pain before or after coronary artery (cardiac artery) bypass surgery, in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Pregnant women, patients taking high-dose methotrexate for chemotherapy, or patients with genetic problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have or are experiencing blood abnormalities, have a tendency to bleed, have cirrhosis, have liver failure or have experienced it, have or have experienced kidney disease, have cardiac dysfunction or heart disease, high blood pressure, systemic lupus erythematosus and mixed connective tissue disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, the elderly and children, pregnant women, lactating women, chickenpox or dehydration.
