Adults should use one patch (1.5 mg as scopolamine) at a time by attaching it to the surface of dry, hairless skin behind the ear at least 4 hours in advance. The effect of one patch lasts for 3 days, and if it needs to be applied for more than 3 days, the first patch should be removed and placed behind the ear on the opposite side to the side where the other patch was applied.

성인은 1회 1매(스코폴라민으로서 1.5 mg)의 패취를 최소한 4시간 전에 귀뒤의 털이 없는 건조한 피부의 표면에 붙여서 사용합니다.패취 한 개는 효과가 3일간 지속되며 3일 이상 적용해야 할 경우 첫번째 것은 제거하고 다른 패취를 붙인 쪽의 반대편 귀 뒤에 붙여야 합니다.

Before using this drug, consult a doctor or pharmacist for the elderly, metabolic disease, liver disease, renal disease, pyloric stenosis, bladder obstruction, intestinal obstruction, seizures, or mental illness. Drowsiness after using this drug, Disorientation, confusion, etc. may occur, so be careful when driving or operating machinery. If your hands with the medicine come into contact with mucous membranes such as your eyes, it may cause irritation, so wash your hands thoroughly with soap immediately after touching this medicine.
