This drug is used for esophageal reflux, hiatal hernia, gastroduodenitis, digestive dysfunction in stomach and duodenal ulcers (abdominal pain, indigestion, nausea, vomiting), irritable bowel syndrome and spastic colon, and pediatric diseases (habitual vomiting, non-infectious intestinal transit disorders (constipation, diarrhea)).

Adults take 1 to 2 tablets (100 to 200 mg) three times a day before meals. It increases or decreases appropriately depending on age and symptoms.
