This drug is used for esophageal reflux, hiatal hernia, gastroduodenitis, digestive dysfunction (abdominal pain, indigestion, nausea, vomiting) in gastric/duodenal ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, spastic colon, and pediatric diseases (habitual vomiting, non-infectious intestinal transit disorders (constipation, diarrhea)).

Adults take 0.5 to 1 tablet (100 to 200 mg) three times a day before meals. It increases or decreases appropriately depending on age and symptoms.
