This medicine is used for physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, decreased physical strength during and after illness (during or after illness or recovery), supplementation of vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, and E in old age, relief of symptoms of stiff shoulders and neck, numbness in the hands and feet, and cold hands and feet (cold hands and feet) in peripheral blood disorders and menopause, relief of symptoms of neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain (back pain, stiff shoulders, etc.). It is used for beriberi and eye fatigue.

Patients who are hypersensitive to this drug, are breastfeeding under 3 months of age, or have genetic problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this drug. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have hyperoxaluria (a condition in which excess oxalate is excreted in the urine), pregnant women, women who may be pregnant, lactating women, premature babies, infants, patients with gout or kidney stones, patients with folic acid deficiency, or patients with a predisposition to thrombosis (blockage of blood vessels). Be sure to follow the prescribed usage and dosage. It may interfere with the detection of blood sugar during various urinalysis tests, and may affect clinical test values by turning urine yellow. If symptoms do not improve even after taking it for about 1 month, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
