This medication is used for herpes simplex (blister) virus infections (including early and recurrent genital herpes (blisters) and cold sores (blisters).

💊복용법 / Dosage
Apply to the affected area (disease area) 5 times a day at approximately 4 hour intervals. Treatment should continue for 5 days, and if treatment is not achieved after 5 days of use, it can be used for 5 more days.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug, nursing mothers, and children should not use this drug. Before using this drug, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are a patient with immunodeficiency such as AIDS or bone marrow transplant, are pregnant or may be pregnant, or have or experience hypersensitivity to propylene glycol. Treatment should be started as early as possible and, in recurrent cases, when prodromes or lesions first appear. Be sure to follow the prescribed usage and dosage. Do not use this medicine to prevent infection of others or recurrent herpes simplex (blister) infections. Do not dilute (thin) this medication or use it as a base for mixing other medications. Use this medication for external use only. For ophthalmic use, do not use on cornea or mucous membranes. To prevent this medication from spreading to other parts of your body or infecting others, apply it while wearing a thimble or rubber gloves.
