This medication is indicated for reducing increased intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension that responds inadequately to beta-blockers.
💊복용법 / Dosage
Adults, instill 1 drop at a time, twice a day, into the diseased conjunctival sac. If you use different eye drops, use each eye drop at least 10 minutes apart. Blocking the nasolacrimal duct or closing the eyes for approximately 2 minutes may reduce systemic absorption of this drug and increase its local effect at the site of administration. Before use, patients should wash their hands and be careful not to let the tip of the eye drop directly touch their eyes. If you do not follow the instructions, there is a risk of infection, and if you use infected eye drops, you may develop serious eye problems or lose your vision.

성인은 1회 1방울씩, 1일 2회 질환이 있는 결막낭에 점안합니다. 다른 점안제를 사용하는 경우, 각 점안제를 최소 10분 이상 간격을 두고 사용합니다. 약 2분간 비루관을 막거나 눈을 감고 있으면 이 약의 전신 흡수가 줄어들어 투여부위에서의 국소적 효과를 높일 수 있습니다. 사용 전 환자는 손을 씻고 안약의 끝이 눈에 직접 닿지 않도록 주의합니다. 사용법을 따르지 않을 경우 감염의 위험이 있으며 감염된 안약을 사용할 경우에는 눈에 심각한 이상증세가 생기거나 시력을 잃을 수 있습니다.
⚠️주의사항 / Caution
Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug, bronchial asthma or its history, bronchial spasm, reactive airway disease including severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (e.g., chronic bronchitis, emphysema), sinusoidal pulse, sinus dysfunction syndrome, sinus atrial block, 2nd or 3rd degree atrial ventricular block, overt heart failure, cardiogenic shock, severe renal impairment or hyperchloremic acidosis, pregnant or lactating women should not use this drug. Before using this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist for patients with liver impairment, severe peripheral circulatory disorders/disease, hypoglycemia or diabetes taking insulin or oral hypoglycemic agents, patients with chronic corneal damage and experience of intraocular surgery, patients with right heart failure due to pulmonary hypertension, patients with diabetic ketoacidosis and metabolic acidosis, patients with renal stones, patients with low endothelial cell count, patients with corneal disease, children, or the elderly. Do not use this medicine while wearing contact lenses. Lenses must be removed before instillation, and do not be worn again within 15 minutes after instillation.
