This medication is used to temporarily relieve sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose, and watery eyes due to colds or allergic and vasomotor rhinitis (rhinitis) and nasal congestion (stuffy nose) due to sinusitis.

💊복용법 / Dosage
Children and adults over 12 years of age should take 1 tablet every 4 hours, but do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. Children aged 6 to 12 years old should take 1/2 tablet every 4 hours, but do not take more than 3 tablets in 24 hours. For children under 6 years of age, follow doctor's instructions.

만 12세 이상 소아 및 성인은 4시간마다 1정씩 복용하되, 24시간 동안 6정을 초과하지 마십시오. 만 6세 이상~12세 미만은 4시간마다 1/2정씩 복용하되, 24시간동안 3정을 초과하지 마십시오. 만 6세 미만은 의사의 지시에 따르십시오.
⚠️주의사항 / Caution
Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug or amine-based sympathomimetics or antihistamines, nursing mothers, severe hypertension, severe coronary artery disease, narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, peptic ulcer, asthma, emphysema, chronic lung disease, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing should not take this drug. Before taking this medicine, patients with breathing difficulties such as chronic bronchitis, heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, glaucoma, or difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate should consult a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms do not improve within 7 days or are accompanied by high fever, stop taking the drug immediately and consult a doctor. Be careful when driving or operating machinery after taking this medication.
