This medicine is used for fever and pain caused by colds, back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis (degenerative joint disease), postoperative pain and headache, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, soft tissue damage (sprain, strain), and non-articular rheumatic diseases (tendonitis, tenosynovitis, bursitis).

💊복용법 / Dosage
Adults can take 1 to 3 tablets (200 to 600 mg) at a time for rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue damage, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout and psoriatic arthritis, up to 16 tablets (3,200 mg) 3 to 4 times a day, and 30 to 40 mg per kg of body weight per day for juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Orally administered in 3 to 4 divided doses. For mild to moderate pain or colds, adults take 1 to 2 tablets (200 to 400 mg) 3 to 4 times a day. Ages 11 to 14 take 200 to 250 mg at a time, ages 7 to 10 take 150 to 200 mg once, ages 3 to 6 take 100 to 150 mg once, and children ages 1 to 2 take 50 to 100 mg 3 to 4 times a day. Children weighing less than 30 kg should not exceed 500 mg per day, and it is advisable to avoid administration on an empty stomach.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug, patients with or experienced gastrointestinal ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe blood abnormalities, severe hepatic impairment, severe renal impairment, severe cardiac dysfunction, severe hypertension, or bronchial asthma, patients with or experienced hypersensitivity to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (including COX-2 inhibitors) such as asthma, hives, or allergic reactions, patients with pain before or after coronary artery (heart artery) bypass surgery, or those in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Pregnant or lactating women, or patients receiving high-dose methotrexate for chemotherapy, should not take this drug. Before taking this drug, consult a doctor or pharmacist for patients with or experienced blood abnormalities, bleeding tendencies, liver cirrhosis, liver failure or experience, patients with or with renal impairment, cardiac dysfunction or heart disease, high blood pressure, systemic lupus erythematosus and mixed connective tissue disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, the elderly and children, and pregnant women.
