This medicine is used to supplement vitamins B1, B2, and B6 in cases of physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, and decreased physical strength during and after illness, and to relieve symptoms of neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain (back pain, shoulder pain, etc.), beriberi, eye fatigue, angular stomatitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis.

Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug or infants under 3 months of age should not take this drug. Before taking this medicine, pregnant women, women who may be pregnant, nursing mothers, premature babies, or infants, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Be sure to follow the prescribed usage and dosage. It may turn urine yellow and affect clinical test results. If symptoms do not improve even after taking it for about 1 month, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
