This drug is used for the prevention and treatment of pantothenic acid deficiency, and is used in cases where pantothenic acid intake is insufficient due to increased demand for pantothenic acid such as wasting disease, hyperthyroidism, pregnant women, and lactating women, and in cases where pantothenic acid deficiency or metabolic disorders are presumed to be involved in the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia, diastolic constipation, side effects caused by streptomycin and kanamycin, acute and chronic eczema, and improvement of platelet count and bleeding tendency in blood diseases.

For adults, take 30-180 mg per day in 1-3 divided doses. For blood disorders and constipation, take 300-600 mg per day in 1-3 divided doses. For hyperlipidemia, take 600 mg per day in 3 divided doses.
