To prevent motion sickness, take 1 tablet per time for those over 15 years old, 30 minutes to 1 hour before boarding. If you take an additional dose when symptoms appear, take one additional dose, but take it at intervals of at least 4 hours, and the number of doses per day is limited to 3.
