Adults can take 1 to 3 capsules (200 to 600 mg) at a time, up to 16 capsules (3,200 mg), 3 to 4 times a day, for rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue damage, non-articular rheumatic disease, acute gout, and psoriatic arthritis. For juvenile (appearing in young or young age) rheumatoid arthritis. Take 30 to 40 mg per kg of body weight per day in 3 to 4 divided doses. For mild and moderate pain or colds, adults take 1 to 2 capsules (200 to 400 mg) 3 to 4 times a day. For migraines, take 1 to 2 capsules (200 to 400 mg) once per adult. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours. Adolescents over 12 years of age take 1 to 2 capsules (200 to 400 mg) at a time, 3 to 4 times a day.
